I am a very motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for computer programming. After completing high school, I didn’t have the funds to further my studies and decided to increase my skills through free tutorials online. I was determined to get my degree and started working part-time (teaching English online) to fund my own studies towards a Bachelors of Science in Computing (108 / 360 credits completed) , at the University of South Africa. I am proud to report that I am currently in my second year at university and achieved distinctions in the following subjects: Theoretical Computer Science I Introduction to Programming I Computer Systems:Fundamental Concepts Introduction to Statistics I am continuously updating my skills in C++ and try to maintain clean and understandable code. My work as an Online English Teacher has refined my communication skills and the ability to work well in a team/group environment. I strive to help and motivate others while being an adaptable member of a working team. I strongly believe in continuous learning- especially in the work environment and enjoy challenging myself while being productive with real-world problems. I am responsible, trustworthy and a person of integrity.
