Am trained and qualifed to do this following tasks Aligning and Tightening of V-belt, Aligning Gearbox on Milling machines. Change/Service roller balls and feed screw, air filter, Lubricate Changing Rollers on V belts. Lubricating Bearings and change/replace them (Coal plant). Overall or replace valves, Service pump machines, Inspect fire hydrated ( Turbine department) . Gland packing and Gaskets on submersible pumps. Inspections routine daily. Attend meetings and discuss with modification and staff development. Collect and identify ordered parts and tools for plant. Close or write reports for job cards.
