I am currently a self-employed Registered Psychometrist in independent practice, conducting grade placement, aptitude assessment, vocational guidance, industrial psychology, educational psychology and neuropsychology assessments. I also have extensive experience in conducting interviews, administering, marking, interpreting results, and writing reports related to psycho-legal work. I am registered with the HPCSA and BHF as well as most medical aid schemes. I believe that my experience working in collaboration with industrial, educational and clinical psychologists and psychiatrists conducting interviews, psychological assessments and writing reports across the diverse South African demographic renders me particularly suited to diverse psychometric assessment genres. With writing of reports, I provide (amongst others) a synopsis or summary of any relevant expert reports, with the focus on findings, opinions, impact on employability and/or educational potential, and recommendations. I am patient, have excellent work ethic, am completely bilingual (English and Afrikaans), can perform language editing or translation, and conduct an assessment with an interpreter if required.
