I am a senior claims/customer care consultant currently working at Finrite administrators. I load claims and policies for cellphones laptops and tablets. I assist with existing claims and polices by providing feedback to clients regarding existing claims and policies, data capturing of client's personal details and I assist in complaints. I have experience as a debt collector. I obtained my experience at Norman bisset and associates where I was collecting on Edcon clothing accounts. I am very goal driven. I see myself as a hard worker and a good communicator with my listening skills
