Throughout my life, I have always been passionate about sustainability and the environment. As an assistant architect, I aided in the comprehensive design, coordination and management of projects. I gained experience in how the built environment operates, the time frames, budgets, team member participation and team management. I then gained insight to the world of pure engineering, as this is the primary connection to various environmental impacts, not only commercials buildings, but various other infrastructure projects. My background allowed me to perform the role of BIM (Building Information Modelling) manager, and exposed me to internal coordination of the engineering technical team. My ultimate aim is to combine my architectural, engineering and environmental and sustainability backgrounds to add value to our built environment.
