This includes drafting contracts (Supply, maintenance & support with SLAs, Software incl Escrow Agreements, Software Licence fees and various others. After this also managing supplier performance (technical compliance, pricing, quality, on time delivery at the right place, compliance to BBBEE verification and improvement in score, SHE compliance and various other statutory and regulatory requirements). My passion is still financial and profitability analysis. This goes hand in hand with my technical qualification (National Technical Certificate in Telecommunications) and my Accounting & Auditing qualifications (B.Com (Accounting).
