I have experience as a full time employee and a Freelance; Instructional Designer, Facilitator, Coach, Counselor and Consultant. The industries I have worked in include: Telecommunications. Banking, Travel, Insurance, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing, Photographic, Television Production, Entertainment, Waste Removal and Disposal, Parastatal and Mining. Roles I have performed are: Facilitator; Coach (Team, Leader and Individual,) Consultant (Learning and Development, Organisational Development and Change), Change Partner, Transformation Coach; Instructional Designer Researcher; Learnership Coordinator; Mentor; Counselor; HR Business Partner; Trainer. My focus has predominantly been on Transformation; Communication; Self Mastery; Leader and Team Development; Personal Branding; System’s and Design Thinking and Program and Workshop Design. I am a NLP Practitioner, Time to Think Facilitator and Ennea International Coach and Facilitator. I have designed a number of workshops for a variety of clients including UJ and UFS. I am an accredited Facilitator and Assessor. The essence of my work is aimed towards facilitating and coaching individuals, teams and leaders to identify the frameworks within which they function. Then to relook at the areas that they can redefine or create within those frameworks, so that they can function more effectively in all aspects of their personal and work lives.
