I love people, something that shines through in every project I take on whether it is dealing with clients or staff. When not working with my clients, I am either on CCFM’s airwaves — I am the voice of ‘Friday Night Connect — or at a speaking engagement. I am often requested to be the keynote speaker at various events - government and corporate – due to my natural ability to understand what truly drives conversation, and the rare ability to connect with the heartbeats of people. More specifically I know how to captivate the audience with my storytelling and leave them inspired and motivated. I am very innovative and thrive on the ability to continuously problem-solve to ensure that the project that is entrusted to me, reaches success. I can work independently, but I always value the input of colleagues to ensure that the best outcomes are achieved.
