I'm a qualified and experienced Quality Control (QC). Duties are as follows: Ensuring that a Quality Control Plan (QCP) and Test Plan has been developed prior to the start of any construction activity. • Compiling Data Books as per client specifications. • Review relevant construction standards, Engineering specifications, Issued for Construction drawings and project documents. • Coordinate quality management systems regularly to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 • Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet supplier and Engineering standards. • Perform and witness needed tests on site to ensure conformity of material and works according to the construction team. • Accept and reject finished items against milestone checksheets. • Inspect, test or measure installations being produced and sign-off milestone checksheets. • Updating equipment calibration register as and when required. • Assist with tender documents submission. • Receive immediate notification from Engineering Department about non-confirming material or/and Quality incident reports and ensure re-inspection and/or re-testing. • Ensuring that all Quality records associated with the implementation of the Construction Quality Plan (QCP) and Test Plan are kept organized and updated on SharePoint. • Ensure maintenance of all documents related to the control of inspections, measuring and test equipment calibration are archived accordingly on SharePoint.. • Tracking status of all inspections and testing to inform Quality Manager and ensure that all nonconformances (NCR’s), activity and procedure is recorded in the appropriate register.
