From enhancing current processes to developing brand new concepts and solutions across various technologies. I've been involved in numerous projects, implementations and integrations. SQL development - over 5 years Web Development - over 7 years (designing and developing Contact Centre UI's and Integrating Telephony functionality as well as Database implementations) Automation - over 2 years (started out with Excel VBA, Windows PowerShell and now Python. Python has enabled me to save the business cost in terms of man-hours by efficiently executing tasks/processes quicker than an Employee would. This varies from Mindless clicking on web applications to Desktop tasks our employees are required to do.) I'm currently involved in constructing transactional emails and smses for our client base as well as Bulk execution through various API solutions either in Python or PHP. I’m actively researching new technologies to be up-to-date on industry trends and advancements. This has allowed me to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional work to my employer. This has made it possible to adapt to and learn new Technologies faster than the usual pace as I may be required to learn and implement at the same time. My preferred Languages are Python and JavaScript along with SQL/MYSQL but I learn very quickly if required to pick up a different programming language seeing the concepts are most likely to remain the same (OOP, Inheritance, encapsulation and others...) I have an understanding of Programming paradigms like Procedural, OOP and the MVC design pattern (Python-Django, PHP-Laravel) including these technologies (PYTHON/HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/MSSQL/MYSQL/MS SharePoint 2010,2013) I also have extensive experience in managing as well as Implementing dialler solutions and concepts.
