As a Partner Success Manager, you will work closely with our MSP Partners to ensure their needs and requirements are met. You will help to on-board new partners, working directly to manage successful product implementation aligning them with the correct internal resource. You will also work with our sales account managers, monitoring accounts and providing a high level of customer support when needed along with notification of any sales needs the accounts may have. You will manage any technical issues through to the technical teams.

Responsibilities:

- Foster, grow, and maintain strong relationships within your assigned partners to retain, grow commitment, expand product line usage and provide partner resources when needed.
- Work, as a team, with assigned Channel Account Managers to identify new sales opportunities within partner accounts.
- Facilitate implementation by providing a one-stop point of contact for the Partner during on boarding.
- Monitor account usage, analysing patterns to determine whether partner’s behaviour indicates a successful deployment and collaboration.
- Manage Partner journey throughout its life-cycle from on boarding, growth and advocate on behalf of partners for technical issues.
- Gather partners technical requirements and feedback on products, channel to Sales, Product Management and Support groups.

Requirements:

- 2 – 5 years’ experience in a customer success/ services or account management role
- Experience in SaaS software
- Confident phone based service delivery
- Exceptional time management, prioritization and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Salesforce experience helpful
- Knowledge of IT Security would be helpful
- Technical background with backup/DR software a plus
